How do you choose a tarpaulin?

The first thing to do is measure the object or objects you're looking to cover with your tarpaulin. If you need to cover a 3 dimensional object (e.g a pile of wood) be sure to measure all sides to get an good idea. If you have a pile of wood that is 4ft high, 3ft wide and 10ft long, you'll need to calculate 4' + 4' + 3' for the sides, then 4' + 10' + 4' for the length. This will allow for the tarpaulin to cover all sides to the ground.

Next, decide the quality of the tarpaulin. What are you covering? Is it valuable? What weather conditions will the tarpaulin be subjected to? How long will the tarpaulin be exposed etc.

When you have determined those 2 things, give our friendly staff a call on 03 9555 3040 to discuss the best tarpaulin for your needs. We manufacture our tarpaulins on site with materials sourced from the world's most trusted material suppliers, including Serge Ferrari, Bradmill Outdoor Textiles & WCT Australia.

We were there...

When cyclone Tracy devastated Darwin in 1983, supplying tarpaulins for emergency relief efforts for air freight directly from our factory in Moorabbin every day.

And now...

We export products (including tarpaulins) to countries like China, Papua New Guinea, Pago Pago and Dubai.

Our products are used by our defence forces, as well as transport companies and oil exploration companies around Australia.

Hire or Buy

Sometimes you may only need a tarpaulin for a short time. It may be more cost effective and convenient for you to hire one from us instead of purchasing one.
